Please ensure you read these Terms and Conditions very carefully before registering yourself, your child or your students for the Teen Eagles Competition.
⦁ Your access to and use of the services is on condition of your acceptance of, and compliance with, these Terms and Conditions. Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the service.
⦁ These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UK without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
⦁ Teen Eagle competition may use your / your child’s / your students’ photos, interviews and videos pertaining to this competition on the Teen Eagle official website, posters and/or brochures in order to encourage and motivate other students for the upcoming events.
⦁ Teen Eagle competition and UK trip is open to international and UK students aged between 10 and 17 years old.
⦁ All students who participate in the UK trip must be accompanied by an adult supervisor (a teacher, parent and/or guardian). Supervisor or guardian can be anyone who is older than 20 years old and has been given consent by the parents/guardians to travel with the student.
⦁ The same student a as well as supervisor or guardian can attend the UK trip more than once.
⦁ The Teen Eagles Competition Committee a as well as its affiliates for the competition, reserves its right to modify the concept and rules of the competition at any time in order to increase efficiency and satisfaction in the competition.
⦁ The registration fees for the Teen Eagle online competition, a as well as for the UK trip must be submitted and/or paid by the stipulated deadline. The Teen Eagle Competition Committee reserves the rights to declined late payments and/or registration
⦁ The registration fee per student is 20 British Pounds for the online competition payable in full. Please note that registration fee is non-refundable.
⦁ The registration fee a as well as the UK trip, per student is 1200 British Pounds for per participant who will be attending the UK trip. This fee covers accommodation in the UK, transportation, 5 hour English courses over the 5-7 days, pick up and drop off to and from the UK airport (on specific days and times), 3 meals per day. Participant must pay for their own meal if they missed breakfast, lunch and dinner times, or if they do not like the served meals. Meal preferences will be sent out to accommodate for vegetarians etc.. This Registration fee DOES NOT COVER flight costs to travel to the UK, Visa fees or spending money for the UK trip. There is a limit on the number of adult supervisors (teacher, parent or guardian). In order to maximize the number of participants, the Organising Committee has the right to decline extra supervisors, guardians or parents, even if they have received invitation letters, and /or discounts for the UK trip (especially for teachers).
⦁ Each school has right to send a minimum of one educator to accompany every 1-5 students for the UK trip.
⦁ Teen Eagle Committee has the right to disqualify any students and supervisors who do not abide by the Terms and Conditions and Rules of the competition.
⦁ By participating in the Teen Eagle competition and the UK trip, you and your parents / guardians agree to statements and rules stated under name of this competition.
⦁ Participant must follow on dress code which will be suitable for UK weather conditions, and it is advisable for participants to wear comfortable t-shirts and long pants during the UK trip.
⦁ All participants student and teachers will stay on the university campus, and accompanying parents will stay at a hotel close to university venue.
